Our Story
Chapter B began with a personal experience.
When we moved to the UK as an international student, the excitement of starting a new chapter was quickly met with the reality of relocating to an unfamiliar country. Finding suitable accommodation, understanding how the rental process worked, navigating a new city, and settling into everyday life all had to be managed while adjusting to a new culture, overcoming jet lag, and being far from family.
It became clear that relocating isn't only about finding somewhere to live but also about having someone you can trust to guide you through the process.
That experience inspired the creation of Chapter B.
We exist to make relocating to the UK feel simpler, calmer and more personal. As an independent relocation concierge, we work exclusively in our clients' interests, providing practical guidance, local knowledge and dedicated support throughout the journey.
Our story began in Cambridge, but our vision reaches much further. We are building Chapter B city by city, creating a trusted network of relocation support for international students, young professionals and families arriving across the United Kingdom.
Because everyone deserves to feel at home from the moment their next chapter begins.
